If you take a look in the gallery you’ll find the Euphoria and Diablo 2 pictures posted. Click either name to see the respective gallery. When the fellas came to me about Euphoria, I won’t lie, I was a little skeptical. They’d never thrown a party and wanted some advice on how to do so. Before Kindergarten Rave, I was in their same shoes though, so I decided to extend what advice I had, and they did it up and did it right. The party was AMAZING and I had a blast. Jimni Cricket as always played a bomb set (and gave me my sugar glider costume!!!) and DJ Spunky was a blast to listen to and hang out with. The gem of the evening was Serl with an amazing hardcore set that left nothing to desire.
Diablo 2 was the following evening. It was the first party back at the IceHouse in many moons. Helen Hestenes, the owner of the Ice House hadn’t filled in Citrik on the number of permit requirements she’d managed to fail in keeping up to date, so he had to jump through a number of hoops to get the party to go off. Aside from the capacity issues the party was astounding. It sucked that they were only allowed 300 people between the silver room and patio which kept a HUGE line to get into the silver room, and the security gaurd working the door to maintain occupancy flow was RUDE as could be. This party ended up as an awesome followup to the diablo of 2 years ago and I can’t wait to see what Outside World has up its sleeves for the future of phoenix arizona’s rave scene.
